It started to snow last night and the boys wanted cookies. We all agreed that warm peanut butter cookies sounded like a dream. I remembered this simple recipe so I thought I would give it a try as I knew it would take no time to whip it up.
Success! Delicious Cookies in a pinch.
I didn’t have enough white sugar so i used 1/2 white sugar and 1/2 brown sugar… it was really good. You could also try less sugar if you are using peanut butter that already has sugar- like most.
Ingredients
- THREE INGREDIENTS!
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 cup white sugar
- 1 egg
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
Step 2
Combine the peanut butter, white sugar and egg. Mix until smooth.
Step 3
Drop spoonfuls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 6 to 8 minutes. Do not overbake! These cookies are best when they are still soft and just barely brown on the bottoms.
