Now this recipe is the real deal! My sweet friend and neighbor Lenea gave this to me to use at our party. It was a huge hit! The recipe comes from Minnesota during the Prohibition time. It gets its name from Prohibition when it was served and no one could detect the booze in it! But no reason it can’t be called a Minnesota ‘mint julep’!
