  • 1 14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
  • ½ cup fresh lemon juice about 2–3 lemons
  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest
  • 1 8 oz. container whipped topping, thawed (such as Cool Whip)

  • Fresh whipped cream
  • Thin lemon slices
  • Extra lemon zest
  • Fresh blueberries or raspberries
  • Mint leaves

Method
 

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the sweetened condensed milk, lemon juice, and lemon zest until smooth and slightly thickened.
  2. Gently fold in the whipped topping until fully combined.
  3. Spoon the filling into the graham cracker crust and smooth the top.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours (or overnight) until firm.
  5. Garnish with whipped cream, lemon slices, and a sprinkle of fresh zest before serving.
