Gal Pal Tips

  • Use candy melts for the blue coating because they melt smoothly and harden with a beautiful glossy finish.
  • Allow the white chocolate to set completely before adding the blue candy melts for clean, crisp layers.
  • If the candy melts become too thick, stir in a teaspoon of coconut oil or vegetable shortening.
  • Line your baking sheet with parchment paper so the strawberries release easily.

Storage

Store in a single layer in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. For the best flavor and appearance, enjoy them the day they're made.

Gal Pal Tip

Arrange the finished strawberries on a white platter surrounded by fresh blueberries, raspberries, and sprigs of mint for a stunning red, white, and blue dessert that's guaranteed to impress your guests. πŸ“πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡ΈπŸ’™
